I maybe should have bet more on the flop, but this had been my standard CBet size. There are a few cards that can come that can hurt me, but I also want action from lower pairs, so I just cbet the standard amount.

Turn is the absolute worst card. We are now in a wa/wb situation. Betting will give us the pot if we're ahead, but we'll get at least called if we're beat. He checks behind. He could be controlling the pot size with an ace or slowplaying the flush, but he could also easily be checking behind with a marginal 1 pair hand or even hands like KJ (preflop stats don't exactly match up with expert play). I decide it's weakness.

The river comes reasonably blank, so I decide to make a pretty thin value bet, thinking he'd probably call with 99 - JJ and maybe some 8s too. I get raised, but it's pretty small in comparison to the pot. Can we call this, or is there no way this is a bluff?
I'd also like comments on the river bet, and if necessary other parts of the hand.
