1-3NL Caesars Palace
9 handed table
Second hand at the table - no reads.

Hijack: Hero - $240
Button: ~$200 [talking almost non-stop to people around the table]
BB: ~$350

Preflop: Folds around to me, I raise to $10 with JJ, Button and BB call.
Flop: JT3 rainbow, checked to me, I bet $30, Button calls [takes his time to call, thought he was considering a raise], BB folds.
Turn: K, I check, Button checks. [got very quiet when the king hit, takes a long time 2+ minutes to check it back]
River: 8, I check, Button bets $80.

Do you call? raise? fold?

As played I call here but I would have bet $60to $70 on the turn.

I would normally bet the turn here too, I just had a strange feeling that I should check and slow down when the King came. Probably expecting the worst.

I mean what do you expect to be beat by when the king hits? Just bet the turn and get the money in. Stop playing scared, this is live poker and he'll probably stack off with AT if you just keep betting. So yeah bet the turn and shove the river. As played I'm all in on the river (i.e. raise)
