Thanks fellas. And no it's not expensive imo. The architecture definitely is not the norm in our price range (without getting too specific, we're talking 220k-240k). We're stupidly exicted, esp. with interest rates @ 3.75%, it's totally affordable.
El P, to answer you re: greyhounds, it has nothing to do with being dumb. It has everything to do with them being sight hounds and can go zero to 45 mph in less than a second...and that is NOT an exaggeration. Not all greyhounds have a huge prey drive, but those that do can see a white Styrofoam cup blowing in the wind 2 blocks away and just bolt after it. Or you can swap out squirrel, cat, fox, etc. for the cup and the same can happen.
Greyhounds are actually pretty intelligent and usually quite friendly...and the laziest SOB's in the world.
Our boy, Asher, lives for 3 things: hang with me and the missus, eat, sleep. They say that a greyhound that only sleeps 18 hours a day is an insomniac
I love talking about Asher and greyhounds in general, so if you have any other questions, hit me up.
