Past music stands a lot better chance of being liked now in the digital information age. I've been exposed to so much music on the internet that I never would have heard otherwise

I tried to listen to that Adele song that won best song of the year and had to turn it off because it was legitimately ass.
For some reason Rolling in the Deep reminds me of this:

so I like it.

Even though I don't listen to very much new music, I think it's still innovative and pushing boundaries. 10 years ago there was nothing out there like a lot of the stuff that's new/popular today.

Also, these are my everyday work shoes:

I meant if you look at the week-to-week charts, obv the chart for the whole year includes the best of the best of that year.

Having said that, still there are like 7 songs on that list that I am pretty sure I have never heard.

At my company, we have an employee that has so much personal debt that we legally have to transfer most of his salary to his debtors and he receives only a small part of it, barely enough to live off.

Coincidentally, ever since we were enforced to do this, he became 'ill'. So now for 2 months we have paid this ****** to sit at home and probably work somewhere else illegally, because the money that he is allowed to get is not enough to get by with. The guy has on multiple occasions lied to us, threatened me with physical violence, made his truck a complete mess, cost us several hundreds of Euro's in random ****.

We can't fire him unless he actually comes in and punches me. Dumb ass socialist system. I would rather see this person shot in the face then ever receive money from us again, but because of this ******ed system we cannot do anything but keep paying him for 2 years. To add insult to injury we have to actually 'help his reintegration' so I have to also spend several hours per month trying to get him back to work.

**** this ******ed piece of **** system.

Not trying to politard this thread up but I just had to vent.

I believe I own the exact same pair as you. But I'm sorry to inform you that it's against the law to wear them unless you are on the beach.

are dock siders big outside of texas? they started out as a super fratty thing but have become very popular amongst pretty much all guys in their 20's:

people tend to wear them without socks for comfort, although they tend to get super rank as well

Everyone knows there are no beaches in Europe north of the 48th parallel

They were big over here maybe 6-7 years ago. So we'll probably catch up with the US again in another decade.

Boat shoes are a Southern and/or fratty thing--pretty much everyone at my school in North Carolina wore them except me. No one in New York wears those, ever (unless they are a transplant).

Also lol at wearing flip flops everyday. Californians

I feel cheated by Jeremy Lin. He was a local kid, the crowd in Golden State ****ing loved him (seriously, he'd get huge ovations anytime he did something good in garbage time), and he still sucked.

he wasn't a good fit there. what do you have like 5 million point guards?

What's up? Been taking a long break from the forums, living in S-Korea until the end of last summer and now working long hours so unfortunately been completely alienated from poker.. And somehow managed to stop reading/posting 2p2 as well. Maybe I'll start poker over again sometime but at the moment not in my plans

Anyways I think this must be one of the best places to ask, so could you guys recommend me some stuff to do in Florida? I'm going there in a couple of weeks for nearly a month, and would really appreciate if you have some tips. We'll be staying at a location as sexy as Lake Worth lulz. It'll be me, my brother and a friend so it's not going to be some lame couple vacation

What we are doing, at least:
-NHL and NBA game
-Universal Orlando
-Cruise to Bahamas
-Key West (is it a place worth spending time in?)

Other than that, what would be the things not to miss? I've actually never been to US so everything except the language is somewhat new or only seen on TV (although every single day of my life for a couple of hrs )

Also: what are the best nightclubs in the area (Miami/Ft Lauderdale) in your opinion, any recommendations?

Sounds like you got the best stuff Florida has to offer. If you swing through the Cocoa Beach area let me know and we can meet up for some beers. Make sure you research what cruise you are getting on so you don't get on a demographically older cruise. Best theme park is Islands of Adventure and if you like roller coasters it's not even close. Or Busch Gardens in Tampa is solid. There's also the Hard Rock casino in Tampa which is nice.

This place is pretty cool if you are into wakeboarding, or even if you want to just give it a try: http://www.orlandowatersports.com/

Thanks man! I've been so stressed with work BS and struggling with the freezing winter here so I'm sure even just chillin' there will be enough! And dang, I didn't really check out about the cruise and we already booked - well I hope it won't be a bad one, I'm sure we will see enough of wrinkled old faces in Lake Worth already

I googled Cocoa Beach, and will remember your offer, cheers! We might very well end up taking a roadtrip to that part of Florida and always up for beers!
