Hi the villian im up against is 60/20/0.7 fish iv just met this session (bout 80hands only so far) But last few orbits iv been playing a lot of pots IP iso raising him he calls almost all. He has made some fishy call downs with bad 2nd pair hands etc and been generally loose passive. (also sorry cant seem to convert HH on pacific)

i wouldn't hate a c/f. everything got there. he probably won't turn a made hand into a bluff.

Check? If he has been calling you down with a flush draw or a hand like A10 he now has you beat. But he's a passive player so there's a fair chance he'll check behind with hands you can beat. If you've seen him throw out big river bets when checked to you could make a small blocking bet. A player like this is very unlikely to raise, and if he does I think you can be sure you're beat.
