if you think he has a vendetta against you and is doing this with weaker plenty of the time, call turn and call any non-spade river.

leading the flop is okay but I don't see a real advantage in doing so if villain is likely to be bluffing i.e. villain will fold some hands to our donk bet that he would otherwise turn into a bluff later which is what he may be doing now.
as played, villain's line looks a ton more FOS than it would have been if he had bet the flop or raised the flop if hero bet.

I like a 4b a lot more than calling oop

just fold preflop or 4 bet because you're oop and that is no way to win money. Personally I would be looking for pot control and not leading the turn, unless you were planning on folding if raised in this spot because I just don't like putting a ton of money in here oop with TPGK on a coord board. TBH if you call this turn raise you are making it very hard to fold to a river push if a total blank hits or you improve your hand in some way. I would be more concerned about the river bet you'll be facing instead of the turn raise you are currently faced with.

calling 3bets oop is bad. don't do it.
4bet or fold to prevent yourself from getting in these spots.

as played, i call and call any non spade river bc i think it can be bluffs a ton.
