Villain in the hand is osubrutuss, a decent winning TAG at ftp200. we have some history, here are my notes on him:

Anyway if he has be datamined i play just like him, prob 21/18 or something, though this session im playing like a maniac, prob like 40/35 or something.

Anyway the thing thats interest about this hand is that he 3b the very last hand, to a smaller amount, and I wouldn't expect him to 3b me the very next hand bigger bluffing, but I do have a pretty strong hand.. so what do I do?
FWIW i have a crappy 4b image, but not agaisnt him, duno if he was paying attention.

agreed with the 4bet, he loves to make moves on u and 3bets more than most, we also have loose image

edit: worth noting he makes most of his plays IP it seems though

Probably a dumb question but if we 4b JJ here, is he really shoving with worse other than AK?

i would usually just take a flop, sometimes i would small 4bet though.

if you've never small 4bet him though, then i think you should wait for either aa/kk or air to start doing it. so just take a flop if thats the case

I like to take a flop with this hand if I have position. Out of position against this villain I am 4 betting.

I'd just call with position the overwhelming majority of the time. The closer I am to the button, the higher frequency with which I'd four bet it.
