Boss Media $0.50/$1.00 No Limit Hold'em - 4 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BB: $95.50
Hero (CO): $99.50
BTN: $130.88
SB: $245.16

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is CO with J J
Hero raises to $4.00, BTN calls $4, SB raises to $18.00, 1 fold, Hero raises to $44.00, 1 fold, SB raises to $245.16 all in, Hero calls $55.50 all in

BTN is a fish, I'm pretty sure he's folding here almost all the time.
SB is a regular player 23/21/2 3b:12 4b:22 . He's squeezing alot.
What do you think about my play.
What range to 4b/push here is profitable in your opinion?

PS. It's my first post here, hello

Tank for a bit and then 4bet smaller to like 40. I think this sizing is good because it allows you to bluff cheaper.

GJ getting all of the money in though. If he had you beat whatever, it was a cooler.

I'd go with 9s+ and AQ+ in this spot. If this is your first time 4betting him, I'd probably just jam 4bet with 5s-8s and KQ/AJ/A10.

welcome

hate the sizing, you're never folding after this sizing so it's not like he's going to 5bet light over top
i just shove over squeezes this big

it's standard to get it in but your sizing sucks, you either want to shove or 4-bet small enough that he thinks you might fold to a shove. I'd make it like $34 to go and call a shove.

I think it's fine. I prefer just shoving, but there's not too much difference between raising to 44$ and shoving IMO, not sure why the hate. With the size of SB's squeeze, you can't really make a standard size 4bet anyway. Any bet >35$ commits you anyway, and I don't like raising less than 2x his bet.

I just think that it's better to give this guy the chance to make a mistake. Whether it's by 5-bet shoving light or even flatting our 4-bet. Even though it's unlikely I don't see why we wouldn't give him the chance to make a mistake

I don't think we want to encourage him to flat the small 4bet here. There's more big card hands in his calling range than underpairs. We def want him to fold AQ/KQ. We are not even too happy when he calls with hands that have a single overcard like AJ - he almost has the direct odds to call when you make it $34, and he probably has some implied odds.
