Im kinda confused Im kinda confused

Have about 20 hands on villan and hes playing 44/0. Im kinda confused about what to do, i had no idea whether he as agressive or passive fish. and the ammount of draws on the flop made me uncomfortable bet folding. TBH i didnt really like bet folding or bet calling on the flop. So i decided to check because i thought he might do something stupid. So yeah, my questions is in regards to the flop play. WTF do i do? Thx.

is it ok to bet if u have no idea what your gonna do if raised?

Ugggh. Calling down here is spew IMO. 20 Hands is obviously nothing but a vpip pf 44 means he has played 9 hands and raised none of them. So I would def say even with the small sample that he is shaping up to be a passive fish rather than an aggro fish.

Bet flop, prob bet turn unless there's a really ugly turn card. How often do you really expect a seemingly passive player to have anything but a strong hand here? Never IMO. As played, I'd fold the river but calling the turn just to fold the river blank is terrible, so fold the turn probably.

more people wont raise Kx but will raise draws. most of the kx in his range will be KT KJ type K's and wont raise call with them.

Well are we considering this guy an unknown or a 44/0? Either way I think a bet/fold is reasonable. We have no reads on him that he can raise flops on draws so should you we just be assuming that he can?? Seems a little foolish to me.

im saying with a 20 hand sample i have no idea what he can do. He could shove 89 over my bet for all i know. or could barrel off 77 when i check it to him 3 times. he could have a draw and cc twice and shove river as a bluff when i c/f. i have no idea.

44/0 over 20 hands isnt really enough to tell much. Except that he is a fish and loses money (and i could tell that by looking at his silverstar and donkey screename)

i think i actually dont mind bet calling here because of what you said.

hes probably not raising any kings. so its gonna be air or some "where am i at" bet with mid pair or draws.

i guess this is kinda spewy against the aggro guys that raise like k6s here... but he doesnt appear to be aggro cause he hasnt raised yet

Exactly, you don't know. Treating ppl as johhny honesty until they give you reason not to is a lot better than autotreating him as a laggro bluff machine.

If he bluffs/semibluffs you this time then props to him but shortly when you have more hands on him and see his showndown hands, you can geta fell for how he plays and then start to exploit the shi_t outta this guy.
