HU re-raised pot pair + OESD HU re-raised pot pair + OESD

Been playing HU for 15 mins or so. No big pot played at all really, we're both treading water. He's not 4 bet me yet.

Flop I lead for my standard amount in re-raised pots.

Not sure of best play on the turn - I have $76 remaining and there's $48 in the pot.

1) Bet ~ $35 and reluctantly fold to shove?
2) Full pot it - call a shove.
3) C/R AI, don't really like as villan will be forced to call with most hands due to pot odds
4) Check-call - seems kinda weak HU, where I will get called on flop light, and so turn bet will make lot of better hands fold.

miss_klick (BTN/SB): $103.00
Hero (BB): $100.00

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with 5 6
miss_klick raises to $3, Hero raises to $10, miss_klick calls $7

Flop: ($20.00) 7 J 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $14, miss_klick calls $14

Turn: ($48.00) 6 (2 players)

Hero?

Fire again, like $34. You can get him to fold a ton of his range and you most likely have a huge amount of outs.

Check/fold river UI.

why isn't open push on the list?

I'm serious, not saying it's the best option, but it should be considered in this situation

I think I like this play best, given that he probably peels flop light and folds alot of turns.

Not sure about overshove.... think it's ok, given number of outs.

god you're getting pretty good odds on bet-calling. i'm not saying that it's an auto-call. I also think open shoving the turn might be good. It might not make a ton of sense it an over-all metagame plan but the Villain won't know this.

oh man

super easy c/c

the only hands he bets this turn with are stuff he's stacking off with on river/air after floating flop

once he flats flop most of his range is stuff like 88 that obv dont bet turn (unless he's terrible)

then when he checks back turn you can probably open shove most good rivers if you think he folds the pp's, and you can def shove when u hit yr 10+ outer

bet/fold is def the worst option, you realize you have odds to call vs AA right?

and obv if he's folding all 1 pair hands below a J then open shove turn

I really don't like bet folding. Like evg says you have outs to call almost. I would really like a c/r or c/c. C/r dependent on how often you think he is floating. I think I like c/c then firing some diamonds on the river if there is enough leeway on the river.

no one will ever give you credit for the BD flush, dont kid yourself into thinking there are any hands he'd call a shove with on a non-diamond, but fold to a diamond river shove

For me I guess it is just a way to bluff at a reasonable frequency. I wouldn't shove all diamonds either, probably just AKQT9 all of which probably have the most FE if he has something like 8's.

If i bet 34 I'm not folding to that shove. And thats why I don't like that bet, its a weak bet on a pretty scary board. I prefer betting potting and calling a shove. Rep a strong hand that your trying to protect.

Dont you get odds to call the all in?
