This guy 19/16/11 was raising my blinds a lot, this session 45%; should i 3Bet hear since i cannot set mine? Would this be a fold or shove after he 4Bets considering i have not 3Bet him yet? How to balance the he knows that i want to 3Bet him so he will 4Bet light argument with him having a hand?

Hand 1- 3 bet is ok, but I'd fold to the 4 bet since it's the first time you've 3 bet him.

Hand 2 is definitely good with the history you've developed.

hand 1 - I doubt 3b/5b 44 is going to be profitablle vs a 19/16 here. If you have an aggro 3betting/4betting dynamic its fine but the fact that he's been raising your blinds a lot probably isn't sufficient reason.

Hand 2 - is fine. If you dont feel comfortable stacking off vs a 4bet then obv flat

hh1: Is too thin without a 3bet/4bet dynamic priour to this hand.

hh2: TT is probably a hand of the bottom of our 3bet/shove range
but it shoudl be fine, especially when villain saw you stacking of with 44 before.
