Well if your leads are getting raised and your cr's are getting called then you do have implied odds to set mine.

At NL100 and NL200, I've found that my check-raises from the blinds on moderately dry boards very rarely get called. Likewise, my 3bets don't get called very often either. It's for the same reason. Button opens are often with complete trash, and the opener is very rarely willing to call in order to take it back away later in the hand. That is, I get a ton of credit of for a real hand for a long time before they adjust (if they ever do).
