This seems a pretty trivial question, and I don't think you can really mess up here as long as you raise it to >100.

To me he really seems weak. I understand he could be drawing here but I really feel he's gonna fold to a raise such as those. Would we ever risk giving better draw odds if we really feel he is weak (KK/A2, etc)?

I don't think it matters. Once you raise this turn, even fish realise they will be playing for stacks here. Might as well make draws pay a decent prize.
