I'm playing NL 100 (for those wondering I've been cashing out my roll) and have a semi aggro image I guess. I splash around a lot more than I do at $2/4or $1/2 because the money doesn't mean as much (which might be a good thing/might be a bad thing). Anyway, not about that.

I'm sitting on $135. I'm at work and don't have the HH but I remember it well.

UTG opens for $3. He has a full stack and is a regular 20/15ish type. Everybody calls (yes MP, CO, Button, SB) with stack sizes ranging from $35 to $280.

I'm in the BB with 35 and call.

Flop: 927

SB checks, I bet $16

I mean how obvious is this? I feel like I'm playing so face up again. There are 2 or 3 regulars at this table (seems like thats what it is at every table from NL 100+) and I'm pretty sure they aren't continuing without an overpair+nut flush, flush, or sets when I do this.

Pretty much when I'm doing this I'm saying I flopped a flush or I have 222.

Then again I hate checking through for obvious reasons.

More on my image: probably nitty postflop but pretty damn loose preflop. I'm probably 3 betting a little too much lately.

um why can't you have 999 or 777

yup they can see your hole cards everytime...or u a giant nit douche....one or the other....

Well leading is less obvious than check raising. I don't really get your point here. There are lots of situations where we are repping a very narrow range.

With your tight (and I'm assuming not out of line) postflop image, when you lead in a family pot, it's obviously gonna be really strong. Almost anyone would get respect for a big hand when leading in a 6way pot like this. No matter what you do on this flop, you're gonna look super strong. However, I feel like checking and seeing how the action plays out would be better. Heck, maybe if there's 2 all-ins by the time it gets back to you, you could fold (not likely nor suggesting that), but c/r could end up resulting in you getting more money and at the same time they make think it looks bluffy (even though they shouldn't).

I can. I very well might three bet huge and call a shove from UTG with 99.

If you're playing at the right tables it doesnt matter how obvious your plays are, fish dont care what you're doing.

Wait I don't get the point, what happened after that, imo leading is best here. You are FGators? I played you recently but I forget if I won or lost lol.

Also you are a favourite vs this range.

your donking range should include 97s, A9, maybe some As hands, perhaps some hands like K9s, Q9s.

Everything besides leading seems really bad to me.

lol

checking sucks so you have to bet

you should probably donk more in general

Eh, it's just not a highly profitable situation to flop a flush unless these supposed regulars make a mistake. But clearly the most profitable play is to lead out because you cannot check a 5 high.

Gators if you do want to improve, post hands that are actually interesting and just take your coolers as they come.
