decisions based on HUD stats

Any articles out there where there is sound advice on decision based solely on stats, like when you're in BB holding JJBB, CO RFI, you 3B and he 4Bets you. Or when you have AA UTG and flop comes Q47R, and facing a 3B. Af, Afq,WTSD% W$WSF% are important stats and I have been learning everday how to adjust based on opponents stats.
Like when you're on the river after calling AJ OOP and villain bets pot, you have TPGK, how do you decide when to call or fold? With 1Af it's fold, but what if he has 2.5Af.
If someones river aggression is 44%, how do we determine his bluffévbet ratio. Or how do we determine to raise his river bet with TPGK etc...
Anybody write anything that would be useful..........
There are many moments where standard play is not optimal. I see regs 3betting K8s OTB vs a calling station and losing his stack when he hits TP. I have seen regs 4B shove QQ vs another reg with a 3B% of 3. Or stack off the flop AA vs an ABC poker player with 2.0 Af.
