Cbetting 3way

Both villain's where recreational players, and i estimate their limping range to be around 40% of hands i guess.
I estimate they fold to cbet 50% of the time. So their combined fold to cbet will be 25%.
A $7 bet into $12.5 will have to work around 36% of the time, but we have up to 24% equity(unless they c-r flop or lead turn) since we are in possition with 2 good overcards.
What do you do in this hand please?
Also how often would you say you cbet 3way as a bluff?
In my oppinion it seems to be -EV in most situations since our FE is cut in half.. I do not like to keep check/folding or checking back because i think regs will get the impression i never bluff and will give me too much credit when i have a hand.
