shove

Shove. Why not bet flop? Yeah it's dry but there's a chance that at least 1 other person out of 5 will call with something, be it a Q or a mid PP.

not betting this flop is huge spew.

There's a gazillion people in the pot, somebody is pretty surely calling and your main consideration should be how can you build the pot.. Checking is definitely bad.

Just shove turn.

I think we have to make some kind of bet on this flop. As stated earlier it's unlikely that everyone missed the flop and you have to start building a pot with your big hand. Have to shove this turn. It's unlikely UTG limped QQ,99,77 but certainly possible.

bet flop and shove turn

Agree, I would normally bet the flop, but I was multitabling and barely got back to the table - big boo boo

I did push the turn and was called by a higher set.

You wouldn't have posted it if you didn't.

I think you should lead the flop. The turn opens up so many draws/combo draws that I think you have to get it all-in here.

This is full ring in a multiway limped pot. Dudes aren't bet 3betting worse than Q9 here and it's usually a higher set.

I'd be fine folding this at a full ring table unless I had identified UTG as a maniac.

lead the flop, and maybe full ring is different, but raise pf? with a flopped set on a board with no draws, get your money in. then hope someone has a piece of the board, that isn't a higher set. Sadly, your lack of agg didn't change the outcome of the hand. better play early wouldn't have saved you any cash, but getting your money in when the equity is good is key.
