SB is 41/12 somewhat loose fish, has seemed to be more aggro post-flop then pre-flop, so prob flats 99 / TT more than 3betting them pf. He raises cbets ~ 17%.

Given that I have position I think calling is better. I'm basically fipping vs a quick c/r range I put in. Or does anyone prefer 3betting? Merits of this are that we sometimes get it in vs worse draws.

i think you should just 3-bet and get it in on pretty much any turn. i think being in position i'd be more inclined to call but i think being OOP you don't really want to call and be confused on alot of turns....i mean, i guess you can call and ck/call pretty much most turns (or c/r i guess too) but i think it kills your implied odds most of the time when you do hit (like if you hit the river are you c/ring? open donking?).

i also think if our equity was a bit less (ie. just random spades) i'd be more inclined to call...but given the strength of our draw i think its fine to just 3-bet here and get it in. good for an overall range sense i think.

Orange, to clarify I'm in position. I agree that if I were oop id get it in on the flop.

ah my bad. i guess here i dunno i'd still probably 3-bet but calling is def an option i think. i think the problem with calling is it leaves you in an awkward spot if turn bricks/he bets (we'd probably just jam i guess).

I think you have underestimated your equity in this hand. a lot of donks with this small of raise are going to have something like a9, k10, ect. with such a small raise. I'm 3 betting this and getting it in almost 100%.

he's repping a monster and giving you super sick odds to crack it in position? i'm flatting and loving it. why would we bluff a guy who will not fold a pair

He raised really small here I would probably 3 bet since all cards that DO improve you are likely to make him shut down. I would try to get as much money as possible. Although he does give you really good odds to you, do you really get his stack if he has like T9 here and a 7,Q or spade binks the turn?
