bet sizing pf 3 bets when very deep

I'm not really comfortable playing deep yet and here's one of those situations that's unique to deep stack play
100nl .5/1 blinds
utg and I are both 220 bbs deep, he makes a standard raise to 3.50 folded to me and I pick up AA otb. How big do you like to make your 3 bets? I don't want to make it too small b/c he's going to have great odds to draw to a set on me. I also don't want it too big to the point that he folds out his entire range aside from KK

Think it's 12 usually when you jam the pot button. I think 17 is good, not sure why. I have the same problem though. HATE the new deep tables on FTP and I never play them.
