This is guy is basically a TAG. I don;t like the fact that I will have to play oop post flop so can I just shove this here?

    It would be difficult to get away from an A on the flop...probably calling flop and turn bets.

    AQ suited plays very well post flop, in position or not. Why not just flat call His open raise and see what the flop looks like. You're likely only ever flipping here at best when you shove and even that's doubtful considering his UTG 4 betting range ... Just call Ho's open and see if you can stack His premium pairs. Maybe you can also get lucky and flop a 9, 10, or jack and rep a set if you don't flop the nut draw(s). Calling his open is the safest play here as you will be able to get away from the hand if you don't connect with the flop. Not to mention the fact that you'll make some money some of the time too!

    as played I don't know, most regs hit call but I dont know why
