you def Gotta call b/c of odds. I wouldn't be surprised to see a set here though.

You will be getting about 22% from the pot so you should call ...

call hes got set or semiblff or air
and you prob shouldnt c/r if you dont want to get it in
11-22-2007 , 04:22 AM
id 3bet pf and c/c flop then check and get it in on the turn, as played i guess u have to call but i think ur def gonna be behind a large percentage of the time

3-bet pre, if you didn't just call his CB

You can't fold now, but next time think before you raise with TPTK. It shouldn't be a decision at all after you've put a half of your stack in.

that range is absolutely horrible (mainly because you didnt include any queens)
11-22-2007 , 05:31 AM
if you c/r then you absolutely HAVE to call..fwiw, your c/r here is pretty big, and probably only gets shoved over by better hands
11-22-2007 , 08:31 AM
yeah, I agree that you should call once you decided to c/r.

OP failed to plan the hand preflop when he called the raise...if you are going to play this hand OOP, i think you HAVE to reraise it to 35 or 40...then c/c flop isn't bad, but mostly i lead the flop, and shove against a raise. if he trapped KK or AA, nh sir, but if he called with 77 or 88 he almost payed too much to see the flop. otherwise, you should be +75% to win.

I would 3-bet this preflop as standard.
When you make that big c/r on the flop, you cannot ever fold to a shove. You are getting ridiculous odds and you often have the best hand. I think I like c/c better than c/r on the flop though
