AJ running down trips get c/r on the river AJ running down trips get c/r on the river

Villain is a 19/17 tag. I have to fold to his river checkraise even getting these odds, right?

And after beeing c/r on the turn, do i even have to bet the river for value?(probably yes, but im not so sure tbh, because i do not expect to get called by worse).

yeah you should fold. he knows you won't which is why he took this line. tbh i don't even know i'd vb river as weak tight and pansy as that sounds.

thats what i wanted to hear this was looking soo baluga to me but unfortunately my fold button was somehow blocked.

i missed that you actually asked about valuebetting the river. i don't think you should because his range is bluffs and fullhouses and nothing inbetween (besides maybe AK/AQ).

only hand you beat here is like A9 which really isnt that likely.

I might even fold turn versus this player. But I think you should cbet the flop with ace high here like always.

I'd consider folding turn. River I see no value to valuebetting w/out history.

id fold turn worst he shows up with is 89/56 sometimes

id fold turn also.

I think his flop check back is fine if villain doesnt like to fold

this is why check/raise bluffing this turn against good players is the nizzles.

Well, if even good players are often calling in the heat of the moment, and the river as well... bluffing doesn't work as often as it "should".

Bluffing good players gets me in so much trouble.

Except you spivey -- one bluff c/r today and you leave my table. Now that's a good outcome.
