I was kind of lost here in this hand; should I be raising on any street? What about the river bet?

i would raise here pf a lot and i would prolly raise either the flop or turn but since you didnt i would def call this.

raise preflop. looks like you're getting towned but he could probably be doing this with KJ or QJ as well.

vs an unknow this is fine
depending on your general style you could go a lot of ways here imo: like 3-bet pf or raise flop

i'd consider shoving river vs unknown, especially if i just sat down; but that is probably quite close

With some reads or history you could consider raising flop to induce 3 bet bluffs and such. As played calling down is fine.

Yeah this is BvB so raise the flop and stack off confidently. But your line is ok vs an unknown if you call the river.
