AA c/rd on turn. AA c/rd on turn.

A little history with this guy is that he generally plays like a ****** with taggish stats. He called a 3b OOP with 52s a couple days ago and stacked off on flop with FD to my AK. I haven't seen him c/r yet after ~150 hands so I am really confused. We do have position though :-D.

against this guy i get it in he can def have draws or hands like KJ that hes trying to protect his equity with

baluga theorem would prob apply here against loose passive fish or meganits

The fact that he hasn't c/r'ed in ~150 hands and then waited till turn here doesn't change anything for you?

I would think if he was going to do this with a draw he would raise flop when he had better equity, and when our bluffing frequency is higher, no?

Chances of me getting with Adriana Lima> Chances I fold here

this is inclusive of misclicks, disconnecting, having my computer explode, etc.

get the money in only two hands beat you, a lot of ppl will get frustrated when they have a draw and you double barrel the turn = they raise because **** you, etc.

What about calling?

He can have lots of draws/put you on a draw on the turn, so I think you might as well shove.

only two hands????????????????? explain please.

oh and i probably fold because he hasnt checkraised in 150 hands or whatever and hes probably not bluffing or semi bluffing (i imagine if he was semi bluffing a draw he would check raise the flop), and hes not "protecting" with KJo (thats just hopelessly optimistic thinking imo), so he has you beat bc he isn't value raising worse than 1 pair here imoimoimoimo. I honestly think shoving here is really bad.

i cant put him on a single hand that you beat here. I guess its possible that he is bluffing or semi bluffing but is he that type? unless he is crazy aggro and bluffy, or wayyyyy overvalues beat top pair hands i can find a fold here.

maybe 3 handedness changes things but i dont think it changes them a whole lot.

Honestly I can't put him on a hand that beats us

His like looks so FOS it makes me want to call the turn so he can bluff the river

But I'd probably shove the turn too

i guess he could have more than two hands here since he has shown the propensity to be a preflop monkey, but most ppl can only have KQ or 77 to beat us here. add that to the fact that most of the time he is c/ring the flop with those and it should make this an ez stackoff
04-28-2008 , 03:32 AM
Well he raised the flop with a FD last time right?

Might seem weak but I'd expect to see KQ/set like always.

thank you so much i was going insane.

Against this guy I am probably getting it in on the turn. The turn raise is pretty big so I expect some marginal/drawing hand here most of the time.

Against a normal TAG I agree that this is a good fold.

72o kicked your ass imo...

shove because he can do this with a lot of other hands than 2pair or better. he can have draws and toppair kinda hands. also some bluffs
