Wow. You have nice table selection. If you're calling turn, you're calling river [with these odds]. That said, I don't think you'll be good here all that often (1:4, 2:5 sounds about right). Maybe next time raise larger on the flop to really price him out (though he'll still call cuz he's bad, which is still good for us). With his stats, you probably just have to put him on a semi-random range.

I raise this turn very often This type of villains always try to play FD or OESD with blocking bets. At least I see it in the room I play, but I don't know anything about FTP.
