Could we get some some discussion started about this hand. Should i do anything differently in this situation? How else to play it? Any other factors to consider? After i get a few replies ill post the results and my analysis of the hand and see what everyone thinks. Thanks

Villain 21/17/3

Although his stats say he is Semi LAG/aggressive he was not playing LAG/overly aggressive vs. me even though we were butting heads a little

SB: $330.66

CO calls $1, 1 fold, SB raises to $5, Hero calls $4, CO calls $4

Flop: ($15.00) 2 J A (3 players)
SB bets $9.68, Hero raises to $23.78, CO calls $23.78, SB raises to $65.68, Hero raises to $190, CO calls $80.72 all in, SB raises to $314.32, Hero calls $28.17 all in

Ugh why do people never post the other guys stats when there its > 2way? There is a big difference in the hand if this guy is getting it in very light here or if he gets it in with a narrow range.

Without any info on the CO I'd play it the same. The line gets better and better the worse the CO is.

you're at 53% against that range.

I don't want to be an ass but people should use pokerstove before opening thread that can't be discussed because you really can't do anything except play this hand like op did.

Does anyone consider a fold to be an option hear?

One view point is, especially considering the super deep stacks that the only hand you beat outright is top two whereas if you are up against QK/QT of clubs for about a 60/40 shot or you are drawing close to dead to a high set

The above comments says i am 53% from this range but surely the heavy action makes his range much smaller hear?

Fold at what point? To the SB's 3 bet? Erm no.........

I take it he had AA otherwise you wouldn't be posting this but whatever, of course you get it in here.

first flop raise needs to be larger. i was thinking ~$29.67. or $30, whatever.

not ever folding here, especially as you've been butting heads. you're slight favourite vs the range lootbag and rebellz came up with. throw in QT/KTcc and maybe 34cc/45cc and you're in better shape.

The cut off had... a gutshot!

The villain had AAA

I still wonder if i should get away from this. He has not made any moves on me plus looking at how deep we both are surely hes not doing this with AK

Should i not view the hand differently because the stacks are just so deep?

Forget that you are deep (you aren't THAT deep anyway).

You expect SB to flat here with AJ after you raise and CO calls? Really?

I'd feel pretty damn good about having bottom set in a huge pot like this being only a buyin deep.

can't fold w/ CO donking away his stack here.

edit: not like I'd fold anyway
