Wait, WAT?

If they are ******ed enough that they are firing $100 into $60 on a blank turn then you are ****ing kidding if you think that they won't give you a bunch of money if you make a flush.

Just call. Then stack them if a flush hits or make a lot of money if an Ace hits. Then laugh at them when they berate you for calling "with a draw".

By the way, it IS legal in "no" limit holdem to raise without pushing, you know that, right?
