turn barrel is meh, but as played you should definetly bet river IMO. You don't represent much, but I don't think he can still call you with a hand like 88 with a spade.
I would like second barrel on spade turn much more

In situations like this, try and fire the 2nd barrel on the river instead of the turn if you can, because he'll be calling with a ton of hands that include any spade. Once the spades miss, he's more apt to fold.

I think you can bet 60 on the river.

If you fire the turn here you have to fire the river. I think a smallish bet gets the job done here. I would bet something around $60 to make it look like a valuebet from a big hand.

no one is folding a pair here. I think checking back with our ace high is fine

Forget that a three-flush flopped. If the timing of the 5 and 5 were reversed, I think that any pair would call. Just because the flop was all spades shouldn't change the fact that a three-barrel would work here. I'd like to hear the other side of this though if anyone wants to say anything.

I wouldn't have bet a non-spade turn in the first place. As played, I'd check the river.

I think the fact that it wasn't an all-spade flop changes the whole dynamic of the hand.
