V is a bad reg who plays 23 17 with 10% 3b from bb. His flop cbet in 3b pots is 73. Is this a good hand to jam the flop? Id play a set or a straight the same I think. Dont wanna flat and see a fourth card for the straight scare him when Im on the top of my range, right? CO is a fish too. Ty.

You need some f-e to make this profitable and I don't think he's folding much after betting this flop.

I doubt you should have any bluffing range here, but if you do then this isn't a bad hand for it so don't really mind it that much.

Depends abit on what your calling range looks like aswell how good this is, you might be to low equity wise in your range which would imply your bluffing to much. I would stick with exploitable lines here tho and not really have any bluffing range.

I guess I would be calling the middle of my range like JJ+ and jamming the rest that has decent equity?

Vs a 70%+ cbet and given his 3b is wide shouldnt we throw in some bluffs a few times?

Just because villain is cbetting 70% doesn't mean he's firing AK on 78T in a 4way 3bet pot... Assume villain has AA and stove it.
