Always helps when you throw down your thoughts on the hand. This is the laziest hand history **** ever.

OP at least post a question here dude.

There are fewer things I'm less of a fan of than your flop 3bet.
Not sure what you wanted in terms of feedback but not 3betting the flop is probably a good start.

3 betting flop is turning hand into a bluff(most likely), not the best combo to do so

I think the river bet doesnt accomplish anything as it's a clear way ahead/way behind situation.

lol yeah you are right, so 3b flop isn't std.

We are ahead of raising range (includes air/gs+pair/oesds) and we get called by all of his drawing hands (also the sizing might get him to float with his air).

Turn complets 67,89. we still ahead but less likely to get call by worse now so I'm going to bluff catch sometimes/fold depends on the sizing.

Once he checks back he most likely has sdv.

River get checked back a lot of times, my line is bluffy and I get called on this card to justify bet over c/c.

any thoughts?

Why is 3bet flop bad? U want to call and let him draw out? He has only sets that beat us on flop.

Preventing people from drawing out on you is not the goal of poker. The goal is to make the most +EV decisions.

I have no idea if 3 betting this flop is better vs this opponent. I can say that it's very unlikely given preflop that many hands in villain's range would want to raise this flop for value. In fact it's more likely villain has many very low equity hands that he or she might be bluffing with and continue to bluff the turn and/or river if you just call. If you 3 bet, you prevent that from happening and isolate yourself against mostly better hands.

Hey, in fact, why not just 3bet jam the flop for 1000BBs? After all, we don't want him to hit his draw.

villain folding flop is a pretty good outcome
that being said I would still prob flat the raise vs an unknown

bet a lot smaller otr if you bet

Just call his raise on flop. Check call turn. Check call river.

You want him to fold K8, Q8, 108, 98, 76, random one pair? Then reraise flop. No way is A8 strong enough to do that anyway.
