Have about 250 hands on villain, no real big pots between us yet. He's folded every single time he's been 3-bet at the table (5 times) and i haven't 3bet him once. He's opening about 35% in the SB.
The only hands we played so far really were single raised; him in the BB me on the button pots. One hand i cbet J8dd on K72r, chk chk 9x, Jx chk chk and he had KT he didn't vbet with. We also played a hand where i opened BU with KTo he called. flop was 8cQc3x chk chk turn Kc he led, i called, river Qx and he gave up with Ax7c
I 3bet this pre cause i think he's gonna fold enough and it's too weak to flat. I don't do this everytime but just thought this was a good time since I hadn't 3bet him pre and he's folded a ton. He calls unfortunately.
Flop is really standard; I bet the turn expecting to get c/r a decent amount so i call; river is really tough here.
I don't think he's outright bluffing since he actually tanked down to 2 seconds left on his timebank before betting. I think he has a good hand he's valuebetting but not a flush. Question is what thin valuebets can i beat. Do randoms play AA like this? 78s he may or may not call pre with. I lose to 9T and sets, i can beat stuff turned into bluff. Flip a coin i guess, what do you think?
FWIW before the exploitable argument comes up if we're thinking about folding, i would definitely show up with flushes here that i would chk back flop with given the texture and it hits a tight 3bet flatter's range pretty hard
