I shove but no firstpump. You still have 10 outs if you're up against a flush.

I would push 100% here, the pot is big and you got a monster.
With low flushes he would almost always raise flop to build it up.

I do think you are ahead alot of the times. And if he have the flush, then you just do one easy river hit. I mean how hard is that?

For 100BB you do not fold.
