200NL: QQ in resteal spot gets 4-bet deep

Villain in question is 24/19/4.33 with ATS=36.7. Seems like a soft spot at the table, even if his stats tell that hes solid. Only history between us has been him flatting my 3-bet OOP with A10cc, calling my c-bet on A93dd and it being checked down after.
I think getting it in here is terrible. I hate flatting the 4-bet seeing as its quite a large 4-bet and I hate to fold here.
In hindsight, this would be a great spot to 4-bet bluff as I can't feel confident about getting it in with anything but AA or maybe KK this deep. I don't think villain is thinking on that level tho.
Thoughts?
