Villain is running at 46/8/.63. My intention was to isolate him and take down pot. but he has bet every street. Do you like a call on river, or do you see value in the shove? Is there a fold on the turn?

He insta-potted flop, and I read that as weak or draw.
Is it agreed turn is a fold? Anyone call here?
Once called, isnt 9T the only hand we fear? I dont see the insta-donk PSB on flop with a set. IS 9T in his hand enough not to raise?

villain plays almost any 2 cards.

hands he cd have that have you beat include:
46/89/55/77/88/ 69/JJ/QQ less likely.

he could also have any combination of 2 pair. A8 type hands etc.
Villain has $35 behind, I think i stick it in on the river.

disclaimer: i am folding to his turn bet.
