How is the other 3bet from the different positions distributed? Ofcourse the biggest part of the explanation that it is 0% from BTN is statistical variance (is that the right term?). But we can probably conclude that he is not 3betting suited connecters and other crap from that position.

If it was 100BB deep I would 4bet/c. 168BB deep I would just call and play a flop. If he is nitty we don't want to scare out JJ-QQ and AK with a 4bet.
