200 NL : AK on K high board. Value bet river? 200 NL : AK on K high board. Value bet river?

i think b/f is best, because if you check he may shove KQ, AQ that floated and picked up a draw, QTs,or AK himself. If you bet and he shoves, then atleast you know he's got a set and you can fold.

KQ and QTs are not in his range barring a small sample size on the stats or some other read. the only aq that picked up a draw is adqd, that's miniscule, and i would not assume he is bluffing that unless i have a note on him. if he has ak he wants showdown as fast as possible. if you really don't want to be tempted into calling a bet once you check then fine, bet 1/3 of the pot, but you're just paying for state of mind imo.

ya come on guys, don't level yourselves into putting him on the one hand that you beat(and the one that he almost never has) he has AK, 77, JJ way more often than KQ here.

i still b/f tho cuz it's cheaper than c/c. and c/f is still pretty weak.

c/c is awful,
why is c/f weak when all the hands we beat check this behind and he virtually never bluffs the river since he wont have air here.

b/f > shove > c/f > c/c

Most of you says that c/f this river is pretty weak, but almost everyone agree than the only hand in his range we can extract value from is KQ.

So do you think KQ (where we win a value bet, so 50-60$) is more frequent than 77, JJ or KJ (where we lose our value bet) here ?

If we add the facts than we're not sure than KQo is in his range of preflop call, and than we're not sure he call our river value bet with it I think we lose the 50$ way more often than we win it.

I'm not really sure it's an easy c/f here, certainly close between both but can't agree with "if you c/f here you play bad" (even more without explanations)

Honestly I think you have the nuts here, b/f $75

Betting here seems super standard.
