Playing live 2/5NL at local casino this sat. My stack over 1200, villan ~900. He bets 25 from MP, I have QQ on button. Re-raise to 75. He re-raises to 165. I make it 300. He pushes all in 600ish more. Should I have just called the 165? My thought was to find out preflop what he had. If he checks a flop like j 7 4 i'm going to have a tough time not dumping more to him. Villan doesn't show AA but 2 other players each offer 25 for him to show any hand but AA and he mucks.
