Do you think raise an option for this spot or what do we need to raise? when we call here,we gets the right odds but it seems little weak because if we can't hit flush or ten on the river,we'll lose the pot most of time.

Call turn. Don't raise with fish still in. Helps your implied odds to keep BB around.

Without fishy BB I'd consider 3 bet pre, though 17% seems a little snug in CO.

i 3b over flatting vs. a 4x here. Don`t think AT is that hot against that sizing, even with fishy-BB behind.

as played, super standard turn call + folding to a river-barrel on a blank. Your range for calling twice is probably AQ+ and some turned flushdraws + gutty/pair, so not worried about folding AT if we blank and face a barrel.

Call you've got 9 Flush outs 4 queen straight outs 2 aces and 4 tens 19 cards you have like half the deck working for you and 3:1 to hit even if BB doesn't call.

What do u accomplish by raising?

expect a check on the river. your range is pretty strong here and you have nut outs. if your opponent leads river you know you're beat. I don't see regs 3 barreling anything better than AK+ on a non paired river.

What do you do if he shoves after you raise turn? Your not going to make him fold a better hand than ace ten and you're going to get blown off your hand by raising or forced to make a bad call when you're behind
