100NL- TPTK on a fairly dry board minraised so I CiB? 100NL- TPTK on a fairly dry board minraised so I CiB?

Villain isn't a complete idiot but he seems a little passive and overvalues his hands a little too much from previous history. I highly doubt he has me on this flop as he likes to call a lot of my cbets with or without a hand, sometimes he flosts sometimes he just checks it down with nothing. Effective stack size is almost 350 BB which isn't great for TPTK though even on this board. I thought a Cib might be good here as he'll stay in with nothing or hands that I beat and shove with sets.

Bodog 100NL- 6 players

Hero MP $452
Villain BTN $344

Preflop Hero(MP) is dealt A J
fold, Hero raises to $4, fold, Villain raises to $7, 2 folds, Hero calls $3

Flop($15.5) 2 J 3
Hero bets $10, Villain raises to $20, Hero raises to $30?

i dont cib really at all

you raised it up from mp here, and he raises ur flop cbet. He likes to call down w/ crap and weak pairs which you say he overvalues, and you have no proof that hes using position like a weapon by trying to raise ur cbets. I think the cib is bad here, what is ur plan on the turn, if its a club or a blank and he pots it? Are u gonna cib and check it to him or lead again and stack? I just wudnt play the hand like this given villains passive tendencies. I just call the min raise, fold to most bets on a club turn, call any bet 2/3psb or less on blank. If the river blanks and he fires again, then its up to you, im prob folding tho. Its just top pair vs a passive oppponent.
