I think his line seems pretty standard if he has Q10. He might also have slowplayed a set or 2 pair on this flop as he is unlikely to think that this flop hit your range hardly ever.

I would need a real read to call here, basically your hoping that he decided not to 3 bet and then floated you with AQ or spazzed out with air as I think he raises this flop 100% with his strong draws because it misses your cut-off range so often so the only draw i see him playing like this is a weak draw that improved on the turn like J9 or Qx hearts (he'd likely raise this on flop also tho).
