villain was 20/10/1.5 after only 45 hands. The flop is pretty dry so I don't think I beat much. Is this a standard fold?

It sucks but you are probably beat here. He limped/called so he could easily have a pair like 66 or something like 98s or 86s. Your best bet is he has something like 87s or 76s, but thats a really small 3bet to make with that kind of hand, and he doesnt seem to be overly aggressive. You've gotta be good 37% of the time if you shove here.
