100NL : JJ 3-bet pot Vs a fish OOP, standard? 100NL : JJ 3-bet pot Vs a fish OOP, standard?

Hi guys,

MP plays 20/16 ~700hands, fold 69% on 3-bet and opening 29% from CO
BTN is a fish playing 50/30 at this time over 25hands, no reads

Preflop squeeze is standard I think, I made a big 3-bet in order to commit myself on any flop Vs the fish. The flop comes ace high, I think the best way to extract value is to check for induce a bluff, I'm never folding here. Is it ok or a bit optimistic?

Button ($22.85)
Hero (SB) ($95)
BB ($19.25)
UTG ($26.55)
MP ($49.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J
1 fold, MP bets $1.50, Button calls $1.50, Hero raises to $7.50, 2 folds, Button calls $6

Flop: ($17) 9, A, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button raises to $15.35 (All-In), Hero calls $15.35

Depends on how loose nad how aggro he is. (more so how aggro he is)

I usually just shove because most fish are passive and will call with any pair/draw.

Against more aggro guys this is a check/call

+1

Here is important to remember how he played the previous 25 hands. Did he check behind with draws or did he seem to bet every time people checked to him?

When he played half the hands over a 25 hand sample you should have been able to pick up how aggro he is.

Fold. If he's shoving he has an A or a draw. Fish will play any A like its the nuts...you don't have one of those...save yourself some money.

this is 50nl and a fold he has an ace a lot.

I like it especially if he's shown himself to be aggressive and just bet a lot.

Ohhh sorry guys! I didn't see it was one of my my 50NL hh!

how can we really fold here? The pot is bigger than his remaining stack and I commited myself vs the fish. Can I really change my commitment plan on this flop? I don't think so...
