board was pretty dry and i didn't want to bet the turn again because i want some value out of pp's on the river and give him a chance to steal the pot

You should 2-barrel more.

I bet this turn all day long with a lot of my range. Villain won't believe you have the queen. If you don't believe me, try second barrel bluffing the same board.

I don't hate it, although the heart hitting the river may kill some value you are hoping to get from a pp. I think you may get looked up pretty light on a non heart river b/c you're line could look like a missed draw.

Edit to add: Betting the turn is def not bad either, esp 4 handed.

Bet the [censored] turn. Any pair that called the flop is not folding to a turn bet.
