opener is running at 40/32 over 80 hands. is this a good spot for a squeeze? if so how is my raise size?

Pretty decent spot if you haven't been too active with 3betting and the cold callers are both taggish. If CO or BTN are both donks then I don't like it since I think you get cold called/monkey shoved on a lot. Size looks good.

yea if u been pretty tight thus far, and the opponents dont seem tooooo strong (so they know what ur doing) or weak (so they dont appreciate ur repping a hand) then its a good spot.
good size too.
