100NL: facing turn check-raises 100NL: facing turn check-raises

Hand1: Villain is 18/14 over 2.2k hands. To me he seems on the stationy side post-flop, but his fold to cbet is 53%, 15%(13) turn. Check-raise turn: 11%(28). He flats AQo BB vs BTN.
Vs a spewy lag i saw him call, bet/call the turn and call allin(psb) on river with A9o: QdTd3c As 2h.
In his pots, he doesn't value bet thinly enough and isn't thinking that hard about ranges - takes pot control lines and calls where villain won't have many/any bluffs.
I don't know much about how he plays in other players pots.. vs me he has folded to two cbets, floated once and c-raised once on connected flops, checked down air once.. c/ced and checked it down with AQ on Q85r 5s 9

Sry if my notes aren't helpful.
It rly tilts me when people do this on turn, i never know what to do, and probably spew a load of money because of it. I just don't understand why he would do this as a bluff on the turn when it's clear he reps nothing, so it makes me think it's allways a stupidly played set or A9s or something and i end up making rediculous hero folds.

I think both hands are folds. Villain in hand one sounds like a passive nit.

1 closer but 2 i think is pretty easy fold with the info given, agree with the above although probably not quite a "nit lol

Hand 1:
Has to be read dependent. But in general this is a very good spot for villain to turn a lot of 77like hands into bluffs - you are probably betting your entire range on the turn ace, so you have a weak range, while he can have aces up easily. I don't know how you would play 77 vs a ep raiser on this board, but c/c flop c/c turn sounds like a decent line to me :-)

Regardless of that aside... I'd look at his WWSF. If it's high (50+%) call, otherwise I fold and feel fine about it.
