why not? because you checked the flop, barreling 3 streets woukld be nice. why? because if u check you loose and he doesnt have a strong hand, unfortunately the T fits his no cbet/call turn range. if u bluff you should make it big imo since its obv. hes got something

Yeah hoping he folds KQ or 99/98 or something. Think he could have a T here though.
I think it is ok to bluff here. I really don't see him take this line with a J.

if you bluff make it smallish because you want to fold his small pairs and draws. making it bigger just means when he calls you lose more money
