100nl bad turn spot after PF raise and c-bet 100nl bad turn spot after PF raise and c-bet

Carbon Poker 100nl. Hand histories at Carbon don't contain anything other than bet amounts (bastard!) so I'll recreate the situation as best I can. Its the situation that matter, not the specific hand. Villain in hand (BTN) is a good, aggressive player. I had been missing a lot of flops and kinda shutting down after c-bets on bad boards.

My effective stack was around 100bb

Hero (CO): KQ
UTG folds, MP calls, hero raises to $4, BTN calls, sb folds, bb folds, MP folds (lol)

Flop: T6K
hero bets $8 (into $10), BTN calls

Turn: A
hero???

God I hate a lead here because so many hands that beat me just got there and leading this will put me in a pretty bad spot if (i doubt i have FE). If I check to him I think he bets like 99.9% of the time. c/f? lead? b/f? open fold and show for metagame?
