Didn't feel like 3-betting with AQ OOP, sue me. I just got smooth-called pre-flop and post-flop a few hands ago after 3-betting and then folded when BTN half-potted the river. The real question here is about the river...

If king doesn't slow him down, I'm thinking you're beat. I would have called river otherwise. But you should have definitely bet/folded turn, not to mention that's the second post I've seen in the past 30 minutes where someone has needed to 3bet preflop. And yes, I will sue you for that.

Does anybody else think he always has a flush or king here?

why you checking the turn?

b/f turn. As played, I don't think you're good in that spot. He always has you beat there if the K river doesn't slow him down. Maybe KQ, set or flush.
