My thinking was I would let him bluff a missed FD. I was obviously calling a bet. He had about 2/3P left behind.

Also, how was my bet sizing? I was torn between pot control, charging draws, and getting value.

Yes. Bet more on the turn as well.

21 on turn (nit pick obv), shove river. Without reads the average fish isn't going to call twice with a naked club and then decide to ship it in when he misses. This is not to mention that he has way more pairs and two pairs then he does just naked flush draws. He may even just call off a river shove with KQ (Qc) or something like that. Just give him a chance to call off as a mistake, it's a lot better than c/c on this board imo.

Bet sizing is fine given stack size. If he had 100bb starting stack, bet sizing is only off by like 1$ on turn to set up psb shove on river. Shove river for value. If you get owned by a slowplayed flush, so be it, you are not folding river if he bets, and I don't think this is a good board at all to bluff, even if he thinks you missed your flush, he still has to think you have a LOT of c/calling hands in your range.

Bet whatever size you need to on the turn to appropriately shove the river.
