100NL: 3way, should i take a stab? 100NL: 3way, should i take a stab?

MP vs 55/35 over 43 hands, he will lead air 3way on connected boards. BB was 19/15 over 471 hands, don't rly know what to make of him, he seemed good but has 33% WWSF.

Should i be taking a stab at some point in the hand? Im guessing turn is probably the best spot, but im never sure if i have enough FE when it's 3way, and theres so many draws, i guess id have to bet twice if i bet, and run into Qx often?

$0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

CO: $100.40 (100.4 bb)
Hero (BTN): $103.20 (103.2 bb)

BB: $45.15 (45.2 bb)
UTG: $181.18 (181.2 bb)
MP: $87.66 (87.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 8 T
UTG folds, MP calls $1, CO folds, Hero raises to $3, SB folds, BB calls $2, MP calls $2

Flop: ($9.50) 5 5 9 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($9.50) Q (3 players)

wouldn't you want to iso more than 3x to get more in the pot where your equity is greater ( in position vs a fish) and to discourage anyone else to flat in the hand.

I think by raising so small you allow the BB in with a much wider range, and with him in the hand it becomes much tougher to play and show a profit.

and yea if you bet the turn i still feel you get called with 9x and obviously Qx possibly even diamonds, so it becomes a multi street bluff. the hand becomes much tougher 3handed than heads up.

completely giving up isnt never a terrible thing either. you're only invested for 3bb's. just raise more pre

I bet more preflop (4/5) and definately continue flop.

checking flop has some merit but i'd mostly bet. i'm for sure betting this turn though and if called barreling river.

IP, and you can rep alot of things if you bet the flop. I'd bet when checked too 100% and fire more barrels depends on who calls.

Thanks for replys.

If i make it 4/5 pre-flop i lose more when regs 3bet, and rec player may not want to call that much.

I don't think i get enough folds on the flop.

You dont need very many folds on the flop as long as you will get them to fold later on, That is actually preferable since you'll make more money that way

Besides that you have a bunch of turncards which give you equity, 6, 7, 8, T, J, Q aaaand (maybe not worth mentioning) spades.

most rec players don't fold though.. what will i get them to fold on a 6 turn?

A high's

Jackwilcox

if you 3barrel the river as well, and it was the fish calling, how would you price that bet?

not sure what specific boards id 3barrel, but my river bet would be pretty big

Even when the flush gets there? Or does he just have too many pair hands lower than Qx, A highs, and spades for us to not bet?
